  • Online Training

    You want to train flexibly from home or from any other place of your choice and not give up your privacy? Then join my online class. In order to be able to fully concentrate on you or the group, I do not offer hybrid trainings.

  • Individual Training

    1:1 training is the most effective method to achieve the best results quickly and health-consciously. It is just right for you if you want to achieve a clear physical goal in the shortest possible time.

  • Duo Training

    You are a pair of two and would like to encourage each other during training and have a good time together? Then the duo training is just the right option for you being in private with your training partner and enjoying an effective training.

  • Small Group Training (includes pregnancy pilates courses)

    3-5 participants take part in a small group training. This way, small group training has a social component and I can still keep track of the group. The sense of community increases motivation and you experience together how great proper movement can feel.
