  • To practice Pilates you don't need any previous knowledge or special talents. Pilates is a full-body workout that challenges both body and mind.

  • The best Pilates clothes are shirts or tops and pants with a higher percentage of stretch fabric. They adapt to the body with every movement and thus support all Pilates exercises.

  • The more often you train, the faster and better your results will be. It depends on your goals how often you come to the training.

    I recommend working out at least 1-2 hours of Pilates every week to improve your health.

  • Pilates should not be practiced if you have inflammations of any kind, acute herniated discs and osteoporosis with extreme positions of the spine, acute infections, have a cold or otherwise feel unwell in any way.

    However, for many contraindications, the exercises can be modified.

  • Yes, of course. I always recommend taking a trial class so that you can decide what to expect and if it is appropriate for you and your goals.

    A trial class is free if a subscription is purchased afterwards.

  • Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the class. If the cancellation is not made in time, the full price will be charged.

  • Please be at the agreed location at least 5 minutes before the lesson starts. This allows you to start in peace and not have to start rushed.

    If this is your first training, please be there 15 minutes before the class starts.

  • One Pilates class lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.

  • Pilates exercises are perfect for maintaining your health and well-being during pregnancy and in the period after. Pregnancy and birth put a lot of pressure on the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and ligaments.

    If you are unsure or have any pre-existing conditions, please get a doctor's confirmation beforehand.

  • Participants attending the courses do so at their own risk. Mentor4Health assumes no liability for accidents or injuries during the training and is also not liable for property damage or theft. Insurance is the responsibility of each participant.

  • Yes, my company MENTOR4HEALTH is certified as a course provider Fitness-Guide for the course offerings/methods Pilates.

    Normally only subscriptions can be submitted because the health insurance companies require a minimum number of lessons (e.g. 10 lessons). You can find all the requirements in the health insurance brochure:

  • Before the class begins, new participants will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire to report any injuries, physical ailments or pregnancy.

    This data is subject to the Data Protection Act and will not be passed on to third parties.
