Your career mentoring: Resilience and focus lead to success
INDIVIDUAL COACHING / ONLINE
You are at the beginning of your career. The doors to the professional world are wide open, but you often feel insecure, overwhelmed, or stressed? You wonder how to find the right balance between work and private life and what steps you need to take to achieve your goals?
Many young professionals struggle with precisely these questions. The pressure is high, expectations are unclear, and the risk of burnout is real. What you need now is not just a job, but a solid foundation for your personal and professional development.
Your mentoring for a successful start
As a leader myself, I have experienced the challenges that come with the first few years of your career. My coaching program is designed to give you a clear roadmap and the tools you need to set the right course from the start.
In 1:1 coaching, we cover three key pillars:
Stress management & resilience: Learn how to deal with pressure and build mental strength to remain confident even in busy periods.
Career basics: Gain practical insights into topics such as effective communication, professional networking and goal setting that will help you advance your career.
Work-life balance: Develop strategies for setting healthy boundaries to maintain your energy in the long term.
What you can expect from the coaching program
Mentoring is a personal one-on-one program consisting of five sessions, which we conduct over a period of two to three months. Each session lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes, allowing us to delve deeply into your topics.
After completing the 5 sessions, I will be available for another six months to answer your questions and address your concerns. I am your sparring partner, who not only listens to you, but also gives you tools and honest feedback.
The complete package costs 1.100 CHF.
